Building Tomorrow's
Leaders Today
The Nathan Levinson Foundation invests in youth entrepreneurship, education, and community development — creating pathways for ambitious young people to achieve their potential.

A Vision Born from Experience
At 19 years old, Nathan Levinson founded Royal York Property Management with a bold vision: to transform the property management industry through innovation, transparency, and exceptional service.
Today, Royal York manages over $11 billion in assets and more than 25,000 properties across 7 countries — all achieved through bootstrap funding and unwavering determination. Nathan's journey from young entrepreneur to industry leader has shaped his deep commitment to empowering the next generation.
As a member of the Bank of Canada's Business Leader Survey panel, Nathan brings the same strategic insight and passion for excellence to the Foundation's mission of creating opportunities for ambitious young people.
“Someone believed in me when I was 19. This foundation is how I pay that forward.
— Nathan Levinson
